All I can say is WOW! Here's a recent survey submitted about me. This is what makes being a nerd so rewarding (Okay, getting paid is nice too!).

Not sure where to begin!

1. Absolute professionalism... notified by phone if even running a few minutes late

2. Listened carefully to every detail of my 'confusion'

3. Found a perfectly customized solution for me

4. Directed me somewhere else when his help wasn't my best option and even offered to be (and acted as) my "Nerdspeak Interpreter" with that other service.

5. Had an amazing memory for even the smallest of details

6. Followed up with me after his service was done to make sure I was finding the help I wanted, etc.

7. Was a pleasure to work with and spoke very well about the advantages, 'philosophy', etc. of Nerds on Site. His own drive and determination to make Nerds on Site a success literally 'shone' through. Made me want to support that success however I can and I have already recommended Nerds on! Site to others.
